Al Risalah School

English - Course Description

The transition period between primary and secondary can sometimes be huge, and the emphasis is to help students to settle into the secondary curriculum and progress into independent learners. The syllabus will help the students develop their skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. They will explore a range of texts and broaden their understanding of Shakespeare, poetry, early and modern literature, and media, and they will be assessed via end of unit assessments.

Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while.
